Record on Demand is an optional Microsoft Windows compatible client application that provides additional real-time telephone recording control to Total Recall end users.
Utilising an existing network (LAN/WAN/VPN) connection, users can start and stop recording of current calls, control which calls on their line are recorded and which aren't, and add searchable notes to current calls; all from a simple taskbar application on the user's PC.
If a user requires recording on demand functionality but does not have immediate access to a PC, recording can also be controlled by the use of configurable DTMF codes (where available) entered on a user's phone. The software application and DTMF codes are completely interoperable.
To ensure the security of your Total Recall telephone recording system, administrators have the flexibility to tailor the user's level of control with Record on Demand. This gives users the desired level of control, while ensuring continued adherence to company recording policies.
Record on Demand extends the benefits of recording to those who do not want all their calls logged, or who need a simple opt out method for legal purposes. The settings on Total Recall, Remote Manager and Record on Demand can easily be customised to your specific business structure and application.
