The Call Recorder Single models are considered to be the most versatile recorders in the Vidicode recorder portfolio, designed to be connected to just about every model of telephone.

The Call Recorder Single product range has been designed for the personal desktop. The recorder is specifically intended for people who need to listen to their own calls frequently.

The Single is easy to connect and has an almost unlimited recording capacity. With its network connectivity and proven reliability the Call Recorder Single is the ideal solution for recording a single telephone, radio station or other audio source. Recordings can be started and stopped manually or automatically, and can be safeguarded against unauthorised playback with a password or the optional CryptoCard set.

HD 9900 High Capacity Hard Disk Recorder

This recorder saves up to 41.400 hours talk time (Standard issued with 20.700 hours). The main advantage is the enormous recording capacity, sufficient for a number of years. The Call Recorder HD 9900 can also be supplied with an internal CD recorder. With a hard disk, network and CD, this recorder can be used for almost any application.

Flash - Memory Loop Recorder

This model is used for continuous loop recording when keeping recordings for a long time is not necessary. e.g. threat recording. It has enough memory for either last 5 or 10 hours of recording time with instant palyback.

Digital SD2750

This digital TDM / ISDN Call Recorder can be used on UP0 protocols like Siemens, Avaya and Philips and on ISDN. The Digital SD2750 has a 16 Gb internal flash disk and a removable SD card, on which recordings can be exported. The Single Digital also has a network connection.

Secure encrypted recordings

The Call Recorder Single is equipped with an IC Card reader. The CryptoCard is available as an option, allowing high level triple DES encrypted voice recordings. Without a corresponding CryptoCard and pin code the encrypted recordings cannot be played back. This is not only a professional way to protect the calls, but is especially useful to protect the privacy of the people involved.

Araña Web Browser software with Call Statistics.
Use Araña on your PC's to search and replay recordings for dispute resolution or quality monitoring, send them as converted WAV by e-mail to others. Automatically schedule archive back up to network storage devices or make a full back up of the Call Recorder.

Araña comes in two versions: Single User; the web interface is available to one user at a time or Full; unlimited multi user access. Araña can be run and installed as a Windows Service for unattended operation.

PC Access Software

The PC Access software provides similar functionality as Araña, this is a PC application client licence for direct PC access over a network. Access software also supports Crypto card USB card reader and USB footswitch for transcription.
