Call Recorder PRI ISDN 30 trunk line recording
The Call Recorder PRI models are economical ISDN30 trunk hard disk voice recorders. With flexible scalable channel configurations from 1 to 30 you only pay for the ISDN lines you have in place when you order, then simply upgrade at a later date to add more channels or recording modules, up to 250 recorders can be accessed in a networked system. PBX independent It does not matter what brand of PBX e.g. Avaya, Mitel, Nortel, Panasonic, Samsung etc. with TDM digital or VoIP phones the PRI will record all calls. There's no need for any SMDR connection to the PBX either no costly CTI integration or annual port licence fees. Unique Pass Through Mode But how do I search by extension with no link to the PBX ? Simply program the PBX to pass out all DDI numbers, the call recorder intercepts and collects the DDI information for extension searches, the PRI recorder is then set to pass out only the company telephone number. You can also record individual announcements e.g. " Calls to our company are recorded " Black and White lists. You might not want to record certain telephone extensions, e.g. Managing Directors phone. Or you might want to only record certain important calls such as new order or to stop recording whilst credit card details are taken. The Call Recorder PRI can selectively record just the numbers and extensions you want. Star services enable start / stop recording from a telephone itself using the * key. Secure FSA Compliant Recording The Call Recorder PRI is equipped with an IC Card reader. Using the CryptoCard, available as an option, the recordings can be encrypted. Without a corresponding CryptoCard and pin code the encrypted recordings cannot be played back. This is not only a professional way to protect the calls, but is especially useful to protect the privacy of the people involved. Araña Web Browser software with Call Statistics. Use Araña on your PC's to search and replay recordings for dispute resolution or quality monitoring, send them as converted WAV by e-mail to others. Automatically schedule archive back up to network storage devices or make a full back up of the Call Recorder. Araña comes in two versions: Single User; the web interface is available to one user at a time or Full; unlimited multi user access. Araña can be run and installed as a Windows Service for unattended operation.
Can easily produce call statistical reports based on a variety of parameters e.g. number of calls per person, per group, per day, per month etc.
PC Access Software The PC Access software provides similar functionality as Araña, this is a PC application client licence for direct PC access over a network. Access software also supports Crypto card USB card reader and USB footswitch for transcription. Secondary systems The Call Recorder PRI is robust and reliable, but there are occasions where customers require additional redundancy, with the low cost of the PRI and the fact that we offer special prices for second systems, this enables true duplicated recording at an affordable price and ease of future expansion. |
