Call Recorder Octo & Quarto
The Call Recorder Octo & Quarto. With flexible scalable channel configurations from 1 to 8 you only pay for the channels you need when you order, then simply upgrade at a later date to add more channels or recorders. Up to 250 recorders can be accessed in a networked system.
Designed and optimised for recording from analogue sources, they are the choice when you need to record from analogue telephone lines, radio communication equipment or any other analogue audio signal. The Call Recorders Octo and Quarto automatically record all telephone and radio traffic. Not only is the entire conversation recorded, but also important data such as the external telephone number, the exact date, time and duration of the call. Up to 41,000 hours of telephone calls can be retrieved and listened to using either the recorder’s keyboard or the network. The built-in CD recorder automatically creates back-ups of all recordings on CD, which can be played back on any PC. Alternatively back up to a network storage device. Separate channel setup every channel on the unit can be setup separately. The two available models are: • The Call Recorder Quarto 19 Inch • The Call Recorder Octo 19 Inch The Call Recorder Octo / Quarto is the ideal device for combined source recording solutions. One could for instance record 2 telephone lines, 1 transceiver + a microphone with a single Quarto 4-channel. Add a Call Recorder PRI ISDN or BRI ISDN to form a mixed system. Conference mode A special new feature for these units is the “conference” recording mode. This feature enables the units to be used in 2 or 3 way conference mode on the PBX connected to analogue extensions and then record everything that comes in on these lines. Another possibility of this feature the possibility to use the Call Recorders as a multichannel answering machine Call Announcement's. Record individual announcements e.g. " Calls to our company are Recorded " Black and White lists. You might not want to record certain telephone extensions, e.g. Managing Directors phone. Or you might want to only record certain important calls such as new order or to stop recording whilst credit card details are taken. The Call Recorder Octo can selectively record just the numbers and extensions you want. Star services enable start / stop recording from a telephone itself using the * key. Secure FSA Compliant Recording The Call Recorder Octo & Quarto is equipped with an IC Card reader. Using the CryptoCard, available as an option, the recordings can be encrypted. Without a corresponding CryptoCard and pin code the encrypted recordings cannot be played back. This is not only a professional way to protect the calls, but is especially useful to protect the privacy of the people involved. Araña Web Browser software with Call Statistics. Use Araña on your PC's to search and replay recordings for dispute resolution or quality monitoring, send them as converted WAV by e-mail to others. Automatically schedule archive back up to network storage devices or make a full back up of the Call Recorder. Araña comes in two versions: Single User; the web interface is available to one user at a time or Full; unlimited multi user access. Araña can be run and installed as a Windows Service for unattended operation.
Can easily produce call statistical reports based on a variety of parameters e.g. number of calls per person, per group, per day, per month etc.
PC Access Software The PC Access software provides similar functionality as Araña, this is a PC application client licence for direct PC access over a network. Access software also supports Crypto card USB card reader and USB footswitch for transcription.
