Recording channels can be TDM, Trunk, VoIP or analogue or any combination of those standards in one system including radio or microphone inputs.

It delivers high quality recordings for a multitude of applications including verification, dispute resolution, quality monitoring and training. Milagro offers unlimited user access to all functionality of the system without the need and cost of additional licenses.

By applying commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) industry standard hardware which can be combined with customer provided network facilities, this recording solution provides an unsurpassed functionality pricing ratio and minimizes the total cost of ownership (TCO).

Scalable
The Milagro system is scalable from a single system level up to Enterprise wide level. A single Milagro system     can grow from a few channels up to 96 and more.

The Milagro also has the ability to virtually connect from 2 to 100’s recorders such that there is a single virtual view from one IP address. By connecting multiple systems an enterprise wide recording system can be deployed with centralized administration and replay. In addition, Milagro can manage remote monitoring services and backup services for all recorders in the network from one single client station.

Flexible
From 8 to 96 (or more) channels per system, the recording channels can be TDM, Trunk, VoIP or analogue or any combination of those standards in one system including radio or microphone inputs.

Integration

  • Call Recorder Milagro is the ideal TDM / VoIP recorder for small and medium sized businesses. The web-based browser interface eliminates the need for client software and related expenses including license fees.
  • Record and search by individual telephone extensions, two way radio channels and/or microphones.
  • Multi-tiered access levels allow for different levels of access and functionality to groups or individual users.
  • Available with analog, digital or VoIP capture cards. Analog 8 to 120 channels standard. Digital 8 to 168 channels standard. VoIP up to 3,000 channels Analogue/Digital/VoIP combinations.
  • Options of recording: Loop start, voice activation (“VOX”) or continuous recording by individual channel selection.
  • Approximately 100,000 hours hard drive archiving. Factory setting for 365 days.
  • Backup Options: Automatic hourly backup to USB hard drive(s) or to Network Attached Storage (NAS)
  • User friendly interface and search features allow for quick and easy retrieval of specific telephone calls from the thousands of calls you might have archived on the hard drive over a long period of time.
  • Advanced “call tag” search feature included.
  • Talking clock: In playback, if selected, an audible time and date stamp is inserted at the beginning of call.
  • Recording in a DSF encrypted format. Recordings can be easily and quickly converted to .WMA or .WAV and saved to a DVD, Pin Drive or simply e-mailed using your preferred e-mail client.
