Espero PBX Auto Attendant Voice Server for ISDN lines, If lines are temporarily busy it keeps callers in an intelligent waiting queue telling them where they are in the queue and use the time to inform them about your products or services. Answers calls and announces recorded messages, provides call statistics, records all calls.
Espero will take care of all incoming telephone traffic. Each telephone number can have it’s own announcement. A time table allows for different announcements on various times of day or night.

Because the Espero is action driven, you can setup the system with the following parameters in mind: What number is the caller trying to reach and when does he do so.

Since the Voice Servers are directly related to the Vidicode Call Recorders it is possible to upgrade the units to also record telephone calls, making them the ideal tool for not only influencing and directing you telephone traffic, but allowing to monitor the quality too.

The Vidicode Report software is PC software with which it is easy to access the Call database. It can be used to analyse call data and much more.

 

     

Call Flow Configuration manager

This software comes with the Voice Recorder. It enables you to quickly and easily set the system up to your wishes.

In the software a whole range of actions can be specified. With these actions, the time frames and the external numbers, a flow chart can be set up for incoming calls. Some incoming calls may be routed to an internal number, some to voice mail, some to a message and some to a call queue. Notifications can be part of the configuration. A switch can be configured to make it possible to switch to another configuration in a matter of seconds.

Voice Servers Espero and Anuncio

The Voice Servers Anuncio and Espero are basically two totally different machines.

Where the Anuncio is a device that is very useful for offices with singular needs, like support lines, theater ticket boxes, information systems etc. the Espero is a much more complex device, with DTMF-recognition, voice-mail, optional call recording etc.

Both systems are available in desktop and 19"rack mount, both systems can be connected to ISDN II and Primary rate, and both systems have the possibility for notifications, call queues and transfer actions.
