Symbian: Symbian S60 3rd Symbian S60 5th Carmo Enterprise is a company wide solution for FSA Compliant Call Recording from mobile phones. In addition to Call Recording, Carmo can also record SMS, provide “On-Device Voicemail” and record and backup Memo’s and Meetings. Employees will not be able to influence that their mobile phone calls are being recorded, encrypted and automatically uploaded after each call to the Carmo voice recording server located on the customers own premises or our hosted location. The (on premise) central stored database can be accessed via a web based interface with a multiple access level permission structure. Management or users can research and backup all communication made on company or individual mobile phones. Carmo can be setup in three ways: • Forced recording, employee’s phone is always recorded for compliance • User definable recording, whereby users can manage the settings • A combination of forced and user definable settings Carmo Enterprise captures all content or just the information you want it to capture on the mobile phone and subsequently connects to the Carmo Server to upload the data. The Carmo server analyses the data and securely stores it in the appropriate user (specific) folders. Carmo Enterprise physically consists of an on premise or data-centre server and apps on users mobile phones.
