The Business recorder has a built in microphone, and 2 external microphone inputs (Phantom Powered).

It is supplied with a high quality wide pick up Samson Boundary Microphone Omni Directional with 10 meter cable and mini XLR connectors. It can also be connected to existing microphone systems in conference rooms.

Quick and easy play back?

Standalone operation or via PC. Play back recordings directly on the Business Recorder itself, it has a built in display and keypad and speaker or use the Business Recorder Access software with extended search function. Search by Date, Week, Month, Year Duration of the call, Dictation, or Conference. Attach to a network for remote access and transcription or send recordings as WAV or MP3 files to a transcription service.

Easy distribution of recordings via USB, CD recordable and e-mail. Everyone at the meeting can have their own copy.

I need the recordings transcribed.
There is an optional footswitch to start stop recordings which is attached via USB cable to the typists PC. Recordings can be accesses by CD, USB memory stick or directly from the Business Recorder over the network.

Software and Web Interface
The Business Recorder PC Access Software is a easy to use graphical interface and database of all recordings.

Recordings are displayed in a list with separate columns for date, time, record number, notes markers and much more. You can search and playback recordings from the interface, make additional copies or email to others.

Secure Encrypted Recordings

The Business Recorder is equipped with an IC Card reader.

Using the optional Crypto Cards, enables recordings to be encrypted to high level triple DES (same as banking system). Without a corresponding CryptoCard and pin code the encrypted recordings cannot be played back. This is not only a professional way to protect restricted and high confidentiality recordings, but is especially useful to protect the privacy of the people involved and securely transmit encrypted recordings to others.
